AS A MEMBER

    * I must be a U.S. resident.
    * I become a business owner.
    * Ice World will not own the rights to my music, video, pictures, or intellectual property that I place on this site.
    * I am in total control and I am responsible for my page. I have the right not to participate at anytime.
    * Ice World will not be held accountable in any way for any violations of copyright laws or any third or fourth party agreements that I’m responsible for.
    * Ice World will not be responsible in any way for any taxes I may incur from profits.
    * I understand that Ice World acts a storefront in order for me to sell my music.
    * I understand Ice World does not share me personal views.
    * I understand that my personal information is protected and will not be shared.
    * I will keep my page respectful to viewers at all times.
    * There is no refund if I discontinue my business with Ice World.
    * I am solely responsible for mixtapes transactions.

WHAT ICE WORLD EXPECTS FROM YOU AS A MEMBER

    * We expect you to work for yourself to achieve whatever goals you have set.
    * We expect you not to give up on yourself, even in the face of obstacles you encounter on the path to becoming successful.
    * We expect you to network with other artists and musicians in Ice World.
    * We expect you to build your fan base, generate an income for yourself, and reinvest in yourself so that you can continue to grow as an artist.
    * We expect you to make the best of what Ice World has to offer.

WHAT ICE WORLD REQUIRES OF YOU AS A MEMBER

    * We require a one time $500 (US Dollars) plus tax start-up fee.
    * We require a $20 (US Dollars) plus tax membership fee due each month that you are a member of Ice World.
    * We require a 70/30 split on all sales on your downloaded items.
    * Member receives 70%, Ice World will receive 30%
    * We require that you use original music that you own the rights to.
    * We require you to have a PayPal account
    * We require you to set your own price for your music
    * We require members to pay all merchants for transactions

HANDLING YOUR MONEY

    * Each artist will have an individual store account to monitor sales and funds that you’ve generated.
    * PayPal payments require a $5.00 processing fee.
    * PayPal payments are paid on a weekly basis.
    * PayPal deposit requires a minimum balance of $15 to receive payment.
    * Check payments are issued at the beginning of each month.

ICE WORLD HAS THE RIGHT TO

    * Suspend/delete your page at any given time for violations. No refund for membershipdues will be refunded. You agree to forfeit funds if you don’t meet the requirements at the time of violation.
    * Report news of its members on the site, both visual and verbal.
    * Use your uploaded content to promote you.
    * Changes the terms of services without notice. All members will be notified by e-mail of any drastic changes.
    * Contact members by any means provided for promotional uses, even after termination.
    * All data pertaining to the site except the content on the members’ pages. That content belongs to the members.

BY ACCEPTING THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, YOU UNDERSTAND IT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT. YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING WITHIN THE CONTRACT.
